Greg Mason
Founder & President

A graduate of the University of Utah, holding a BFA with an emphasis in graphic design, Greg has been in the field of marketing and advertising in various capacities since 1975.

From 1980 to '84, he was the Senior Corporate Artists for KSL-TV and Bonneville Corporation in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Greg relocated to Reno in 1984 and in 1988 opened Greg Mason Advertising Arts (GMAA), a Full-Service Marketing company. Some of GMAA's accounts include: State of Nevada Commision on Economic Development, Coca-Cola Food and Beverage, traditional gaming in Colorado and Indian gaming in Oregon, California, New Mexico and Wisconsin.

His resume is brimming with an International CLIO Award, American Federation of Advertising Awards, three Emmy nominations and a studio full of hundreds more!

Service organizations that Greg and the entire GMAA team support include the Nevada Museum of Art, Reno Central Rotary, UNR Ski Team Boosters, March of Dimes, The Children's Literacy Program and the American Cancer Society.

Carlotta Davies
Marketing & Business Specialist

With over 36 years of marketing, sales and business experience, Carlotta brings to the table an uncanny ability to design and facilitate incredible marketing programs that are “right on the mark.” Besides carefully studying and researching a project, she has an intuitive sense of what the market is and what the market wants which has translated into millions of profit dollars for businesses across America.

A student of the California Design Institute, Carlotta moved right in broadcasting as a Marketing and Promotion Director. Mentored by some of the top marketing and sales gurus in the country, she moved quickly to the top and has served as Vice President of Marketing for many companies. Her talents include: Marketing Consultant, Sales Trainer, Public Relations Specialist, Writer, Director, Producer, On-Air Talent and Public Speaker. Carlotta is the co-recipient along with legendary broadcaster, Johnny Hyde, of an Emmy, 3 Gold Records and numerous Design and Sales awards.

Carlotta makes her home in California and Nevada, where, in her spare time, she is actively involved in the preservation and restoration of historical buildings. At any given time you’ll find her re-chinking log cabins and restoring a 150-year old wood floor!

Ally Mason
Senior Account Manager

Ally has been with GMAA since 2000. She is responsible and accountable for guiding projects from beginning to end, all while maintaining clear and effective communication with you, the client. She works and collaborates with vendors to ensure clients are achieving objectives while remaining within their budget.

A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Ally has a degree in Marketing and assists with the implementation of the custom-designed, client marketing program. She is instrumental in the flawless facilitation of the marketing and sales goals.

Ally, her husband Chris, and daughter, Charlotte, make their home in Reno where at any given time you’ll fine them enjoying sports and family outings.

William Cane
Creative Director

Bill brings more than 25 years of graphic design and fine arts experience to The GMAA Group. He has created many award-winning campaigns during those years and brings this experience to every project he works on today. Winner of multiple national, regional and local ADDY awards for his logo design and campaign work, he has worked on projects for clients such as the Reno-Sparks Convention & Visitor’s Authority, Reno Championship Air Races, Nevada Opera, Hilton and Reno Rodeo.

A graduate of University of California-Chico, with a B.A. in Art, Bill makes his home in Reno and when not working you can find him on the golf course.

Gregg Wilson
Senior Designer

Gregg has been a successful graphic artist in Reno for more than 20 years. He has won multiple awards for his designs including numerous local and district ADDY awards for his work on the Nevada Commission on Tourism and several financial institutions. Gregg excels in virtually all design programs such as Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Gregg has been part of the GMAA team since 2005.

You’ll find Gregg and his lovely wife, Chris, following their daughter’s softball team and when time permits, painting Nevada landscapes.
